Leadership has shown up in every chapter of my life. As a captain, coach, general manager and executive vice president in the NFL, and becoming a father, I learned early that leadership isn’t about control or title. It’s about presence. Balance. Conscious participation.
My journey includes historic milestones - becoming the youngest General Manager, 2x Super Bowl Champion, in the National Football League - and deeply personal seasons that required patience, trust, and faith. When life called me to lead, parent, and provide on my own, clarity didn’t arrive quickly. It arrived through listening, leaning in, and allowing the next chapter to unfold in its time.
